Refund Policy

At Tolet BD, we are committed to ensuring a seamless experience for both tenants and landlords. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your service or wish to cancel your transaction, our refund policy is outlined below:

1. Cancellation of Rental Agreement

If you wish to cancel your rental agreement within 48 hours of signing, you may be eligible for a partial refund of the service fee. The refund will be issued once both the landlord and tenant confirm the cancellation, and if the property is re-rented.

2. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the transaction. Please note that any transaction fees incurred during the payment process may not be refundable.

3. Non-refundable Fees

Some fees are non-refundable, including administrative fees, application fees, and any charges for services that have already been rendered, such as property inspections or listing fees.

4. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises between the tenant and landlord, Tolet BD will facilitate communication and mediation. If the issue cannot be resolved, the platform may issue a refund depending on the circumstances of the case.

5. Service Interruption

In the event of a service interruption due to technical difficulties, users who have paid for premium services during the affected period may be entitled to a partial refund or service extension.
